Effective Date: Upon first payment

1. Services Provided

Blue Creek Valley agrees to provide an ongoing Basic SEO Package designed to gradually improve and maintain search engine visibility.

Monthly services include:

• Foundational on-site SEO optimization
• Ongoing ranking improvements and adjustments
• Minor website updates and edits as discussed
• Monitoring website performance
• Implementing recommended SEO improvements over time

This service ensures the website remains actively optimized rather than unmanaged in search results.

2. Monthly Fee

The monthly service fee is:

$425 per month

Payment is due at the beginning of each monthly service cycle using the payment link provided by Blue Creek Valley.

Services will not continue for any month where payment has not been received.

3. Start of Work

Work begins once the first payment is received and continues on a monthly recurring basis while payments remain current.

4. Results Disclaimer

Client understands that search engine optimization is a long-term strategy and rankings cannot be guaranteed. Performance depends on competition, search engine algorithm changes, and external factors.

Blue Creek Valley agrees to perform all services professionally and in good faith to improve visibility over time.

5. Term & Cancellation

This agreement continues month-to-month.

Either party may cancel with 7 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

No refunds are issued for work already performed during a paid month.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide access to the website, hosting, and relevant accounts if needed
• Respond to requests for approvals or information in a timely manner
• Maintain active hosting and domain services

Delays in response may delay results but do not pause billing.

7. Acceptance

Payment of the first invoice constitutes acceptance of this agreement and authorization to begin recurring services.
