GES Local Service Agreement

Effective upon signup

By signing up for GrowthEngine Suite™, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms of service provided by Blue Creek Valley (“Company”):

1. Service Term & Payments
Service starts upon payment and includes a 4-month minimum commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. Any promotional pricing offer applies to the first payment only. Standard rates apply afterward unless agreed in writing.

2. Scope of Services
The Company will provide a full suite of digital marketing services under the GrowthEngine Suite package. These services may include website design and management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media content creation and scheduling, online advertising (including Google and social ads), local listing optimization, and lead generation tools. All services will be managed and executed by a dedicated team to ensure consistency, performance, and alignment with the Client’s business goals. Specific tasks and strategies may be adjusted as needed to maximize effectiveness and results.

2.1 Social Media
The Company will manage and maintain the Client’s presence on selected social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), with the goal of increasing engagement, visibility, and brand consistency.

Services include:

  • Creation and scheduling of 3-5 branded posts per week
  • Content planning based on seasonal trends, promotions, or business goals
  • Basic graphic design and caption writing
  • Hashtag research and optimization
  • Monitoring of post performance and adjustments as needed

Content will be approved in advance (if requested), and scheduling will follow a consistent posting calendar. Any ad-related campaigns will be covered under the advertising section and require a separate ad budget.

2.2 Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
The Company will provide ongoing SEO services to improve the visibility of the Client’s website in major search engines (e.g., Google, Bing). The goal is to increase organic traffic, improve rankings for relevant keywords, and support lead generation efforts.

Services include:

  • Comprehensive SEO audits and technical site evaluations
  • Keyword research and content optimization
  • On-page SEO improvements (meta tags, headings, image alt text, internal linking, etc.)
  • Monthly performance monitoring and adjustments
  • Local SEO strategies including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management

SEO efforts will be implemented continuously and reviewed monthly to ensure alignment with search engine algorithm updates and the Client’s business objectives.

2.3 Website Design & Management

The Company will design, manage, and maintain the Client’s website to ensure it remains visually appealing, fully functional, and aligned with business goals. For e-commerce businesses, this includes ongoing support to optimize product visibility, enhance user experience, and drive conversions.

Services include:

  • Regular website updates (text, images, banners, layout adjustments)
  • Mobile responsiveness and performance optimization
  • Product management (adding/editing products, updating pricing, descriptions, and inventory)
  • Homepage and category page refreshes for seasonal or promotional campaigns
  • Checkout experience reviews and updates for improved conversion
  • Technical monitoring (plugin/theme updates, basic security checks, broken link fixes)
  • User experience enhancements to support lead generation and sales

The Company will perform these tasks continuously to ensure the website stays up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for both visitors and search engines. Adjustments will be coordinated with the Client as needed.

2.4 Online Advertising (Google & Social Media Ads)
The Company will manage and optimize the Client’s online advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and support lead generation or sales goals. Advertising services include both search engine platforms (e.g., Google Ads) and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Services include:

  • Creation and management of ad campaigns based on Client goals
  • Audience targeting and demographic optimization
  • Ad copywriting and creative development (images, video, etc.)
  • Budget management and bid strategy adjustments
  • Ongoing performance monitoring and reporting
  • A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates

Campaigns will be aligned with the Client’s business objectives and updated regularly for performance improvement. Advertising spend is separate and billed directly through the platform (e.g., Google Ads or Meta).

2.5 Local Listing Optimization
The Company will optimize and manage the Client’s business listings across major online directories to improve local visibility, enhance search rankings, and ensure accurate information is displayed to potential customers.

Services include:

  • Setup and optimization of listings on platforms such as Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Yelp, and others
  • Consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) data across directories
  • Category selection and business description optimization
  • Uploading of photos, business hours, and service areas
  • Ongoing monitoring and updates to maintain accuracy
  • Monthly checks for duplicate listings, errors, or suspensions

These efforts help improve the Client’s local SEO performance, increase credibility, and make it easier for nearby customers to find and contact the business.

2.6 Lead Generation Tools
The Company will implement and manage lead capture tools designed to convert website visitors into qualified leads. These tools help streamline customer inquiries, appointment bookings, and quote requests-supporting your sales funnel from first click to conversion.

Services include:

  • Installation and customization of contact forms, popups, and call-to-action banners
  • Integration of scheduling tools, quote request forms, or chat features (where applicable)
  • Setup of email capture systems for newsletter or promo signups
  • Connection of lead forms to CRM or email platforms for follow-up
  • A/B testing and performance reviews to improve conversion rates
  • Monthly reporting on leads captured and conversion insights

2.7 Reputation & Review Management

Services include:

  • Monitor Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews in real time.
  • Automated email/SMS review requests to satisfied customers.
  • Assistance in professionally addressing negative feedback.

These tools are designed to work seamlessly with your website, helping you capture more opportunities and respond faster to potential customers.

4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide necessary access, approvals, and materials in a timely manner to allow the Company to perform services effectively.

5. Ownership & Access

The Client shall own all proprietary materials delivered as part of the Services, including but not limited to all custom code, design concepts, website content, graphics, photos, videos, animations, GIFs, logos, and domain names. All work created by the Company for the Client shall be considered “works for hire” under applicable U.S. copyright law and shall become the exclusive property of the Client upon full payment and, if applicable, project termination.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content, designs, and campaigns created during the service period remain the property of Blue Creek Valley. Upon termination and full payment of all outstanding balances, the Client may retain copies of specific deliverables for continued use. The Company agrees to sign any documents reasonably necessary to confirm or perfect the Client’s ownership rights.

Notwithstanding the above, the Company retains the right to reuse any non-custom, pre-existing materials, templates, or frameworks developed independently of this project, provided they do not contain the Client’s proprietary information.

6. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital work, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information shared during the service relationship confidential.

8. Disclaimer
While we strive for measurable results, the Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue increases. Marketing is a collaborative process, and results may vary based on many factors.

9. Additional Services
Additional services not listed herein will be provided for a fee.

10. Indemnification
Client agrees to hold Blue Creek Valley harmless from any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from content provided by the Client or any third-party rights related to that content.
