Submit your request with as much detail as possible, including your website link, screenshots, error messages, and a clear description of the issue. We’ll review the request and send a quote. Once the quote is approved and payment is received, we’ll begin working on the fix.
What type of website updates are covered under the Website Care Plan?
The Website Care Plan covers common website support needs such as text changes, image updates, page edits, form updates, plugin or theme updates, troubleshooting, backups, monitoring, and general website maintenance.
What are your usual response and resolution times?
We aim to review and respond to support requests within 8 business hours. Completion time depends on the size and complexity of the request.
Small requests are usually completed within 24 hours. Medium requests are usually completed within 72 hours. Larger requests may take 5 business days or longer depending on scope.
What platforms do you support?
We support many common website platforms including WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, and other website systems depending on access, setup, and the type of issue.
What information should I include in my support request?
Please include your website link, a clear description of the issue, page URLs, screenshots, login/access details if needed, error messages, and any deadline or urgency related to the request. The more detail you provide, the easier it is to review and resolve the issue.
Can I switch from an Emergency Fix to a monthly support plan?
Yes. If your website needs ongoing updates, monitoring, backups, security checks, or regular support, you can enroll in our monthly Website Care Plan at any time.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required for standard monthly Website Care Plans. You can continue monthly and adjust your support level as your website needs change.
Who can submit a support request?
Active Blue Creek Valley clients can submit support requests at any time. Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis based on the scope and urgency of the issue.
What if I’m not currently an active client?
If you’re not currently an active client, you can still submit a request for a one-time Emergency Fix starting at $150. After reviewing your request, we’ll send a quote based on the issue and scope of work before any work begins.
What does the Emergency Fix starting price include?
Emergency Fix requests start at $150 and cover basic one-time troubleshooting or repair needs. Final pricing depends on the complexity of the issue, platform, access needed, and whether the fix requires deeper troubleshooting, plugin replacement, hosting support, malware cleanup, or custom development.
Do I have to pay before work begins?
Yes. For one-time Emergency Fix requests, payment is required after the quote is approved and before work begins. Monthly Website Care Plan clients are billed according to their active support plan.
