Website Transition & Enhancement Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the services to be provided by Blue Creek Valley for the Prince George’s County Family Justice Center website project.

Phase 1 – Website Transition & Launch

Includes finalization of the previously developed website project, migration/transition from the current development server environment, and preparation for website launch.

  • Website migration/transition from developer hosting environment
  • Final website deployment and launch preparation
  • Existing project balance

Phase 2 – Website Updates & Enhancements

Includes requested website updates, new sections, integrations, and functionality enhancements.

  • Placement/integration of the Client Intake Portal
  • Add “FJC in the Community” section/tab
  • Add “Teen Empowerment” section/tab
  • Update and replace special program photos
  • Add FJC Amazon Wishlist integration
  • Create organization partnership inquiry/application form
  • Create/setup FJC inquiry email routing
  • Configure volunteer inquiry routing to Volunteer Coordinator
  • Integrate BotPenguin chatbot (ID: 685ab0c4a306b60e5054eb01)

Estimated Timeline

Estimated completion timeframe is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date payment is received and all required materials, approvals, content, and access credentials are provided.

Service Terms

  • This agreement includes only the services specifically outlined above.
  • Work on the requested website updates and enhancements will begin once payment has been received and all required materials/content have been provided.
  • Any additional requests or revisions outside the approved scope of work may require a separate quote and approval.
  • Third-party software, subscriptions, plugins, hosting, domain, chatbot, or platform-related fees are not included unless otherwise stated.
  • Due to the time-sensitive nature of this project timely communication, approvals, and submission of required materials are necessary to maintain the proposed timeline.
  • Payments made toward completed work, setup services, development time, and project implementation are non-refundable.
  • Website migration/launch services include transferring the website from the current development environment to the client’s hosting/server environment.
  • Blue Creek Valley is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, delayed approvals, hosting issues, third-party services, or lack of communication.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the services, pricing, and terms outlined in this agreement.
